The 7th annual Kingston Design Showhouse will open its doors October 10-26, 2025. Produced by Kingston Design Connection (KDC), the yearly showhouse connects the upstate New York design-build industry to each other for local economic development and helps grow the design scene in the region.
This year, the Kingston Design Showhouse takes over a historic home built in 1865. Boasting enviable original architectural details, including a mansard roof, the house includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, as well as a receiving room, an eat-in kitchen and more.

Since 2022, proceeds from this showhouse have benefited KDC’s programs with Ulster Habitat for Humanity, including the annual Kingston Design Habitat House produced each year in a newly-built Habitat for Humanity home. Additionally, at the end of the showhouse period, the homeowner will be gifted all permanently installed items, including a custom kitchen, custom bathrooms, wallpaper and more. This is in keeping with KDC’s mission to support local economic development while minimizing its environmental impact.
