This new rental building focuses on residents who are cultivating their entrepreneurial and creative spirits.

It’s all about Brooklyn at 33 Bond.

Developed by TF Cornerstone, this 25-story residential tower connects the borough’s Boerum Hill, Downtown Brooklyn and Cobble Hill neighborhoods. The units offer generous, open-concept layouts wrapped with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the panoramic New York City skyline, and natural light is in abundance. Each apartment is furnished with white oak floors and chef’s kitchens featuring stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone quartz countertops and porcelain tile backsplashes.

“We’re responding to the needs of the modern New York City entrepreneur,” notes Zoe Elghanayan of TF Cornerstone.

At 33 Bond, they offer access to a full-scale internal collaborative workspace – HomeWork – that redefines the notion of a work-life balance. This arrangement appeals to designers, writers, academics, entrepreneurs and anyone else who needs space to work or meet with a client. “There’s a mix of open seating, semi-private booths and private conference rooms,” she adds. “This area was designed to be flexible and functional. Finishes in the space are warm but modern: Columns are in exposed concrete, while reclaimed wood runs along the walls and ceiling. Industrial pendant lighting hangs above communal wooden tables, while up-lighting frames the wooden ceiling panels in a soft glow.”

There’s also private meeting rooms that are equipped with tables, seating, whiteboards and a television monitor for internet-based meetings. A kitchenette allows residents to provide food and coffee to their guests. Outside, the space continues onto the second-floor amenity deck with sculpted plantings and trees that provide a private area for outdoor meetings, while framing greenery views for those inside.

When work is done and it’s time for play, there’s plenty of vibrant and diverse local culture – authentic local cuisine, a thriving artistic community, and incredible cultural institutions, including Brooklyn Academy of Music, BRIC and the Mark Morris Dance Center. Steps away is easy train access.

For those who’d rather stay close to home, an onsite Devocion cafe roastery will open its second U.S. location on 33 Bond’s ground floor. This celebrated, single-sourced Colombian roaster is situated amid soaring ceilings and a vertical plant wall, where it provides some of the freshest farm-to-table roasted coffee in the world.
