At High Point Fall Market 2026, the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), in partnership with Cosentino Group, welcomed hundreds of market attendees and industry professionals into its newly reimagined design hub at Broad Hall. Envisioned by High Point-based Barbour Spangle Design, the space was transformed into an immersive, showhouse-like destination featuring residential vignettes that emphasized the intersection and importance of the kitchen and bath industry at market.

Illustrating the power behind cross-category collaboration, the NKBA partnered with the High Point Market Authority to kick off the fall market with a keynote at the High Point Theatre. Presenting findings from their joint study, Kitchen, Bath and Whole-Home Design Report, the study revealed that 56% of NKBA designers already design whole homes, while nearly 74%–75% of High Point interior designers now design kitchens and baths.

“Homeowners no longer think room by room when it comes to design, but rather about how the kitchen seamlessly flows into the living area when entertaining or how surfacing will connect the inside with the outside in a cohesive way,” says Patty Dominguez, Vice President of Business Development for Cosentino Americas. “They want every room in their home to feel connected and personal. That is why strategic partnerships with like-minded brands, who share a similar passion for quality and design, are essential to bringing a whole-home design vision to life. Broad Hall was a perfect example of what’s possible when leading brands come together.”

The conversation continued at Broad Hall through a series of panels pairing brand partners and designers to analyze key findings from NKBA’s newly released 2027 Kitchen Trends Report. Sherwin-Williams visually anchored the space by providing all interior wall color palettes and presenting its 2027 Colormix® Trend Forecast (Rewild).

Events aside, Broad Hall served as a source of design inspiration:
The Kitchen & Entertaining Zones: Visitors were greeted by an integrated appliance wall by BlueStar, headlined by a 48” Platinum Gas Range in Burgundy from The Earth Tones Collection. Fabuwood, meanwhile, introduced an element of surprise with cabinetry that concealed a pantry — a growing trend in kitchen design. In the entertaining lounge, Cosentino showcased large-format slab surfacing, including Dekton Amazonik Kedar — which formed an oak-inspired backdrop to a cozy seating nook. At the wet bar, Cosentino debuted its new mineral surface, ECLOS in Legnd — a rich, earthy brown with dramatic veining, complemented by True Caliber’s ultra-chic 24” Column and undercounter refrigeration units in Bluestone and brass.
The Espresso Bar & Scullery: Dedicated beverage zones highlighted seamless functionality, pairing premium built-in appliances — including Miele’s CVA 7845 Coffee Machine and refrigeration — with Cosentino surfaces. Cacao and Pima pendants from the Taniya Nayak x Maxim Lighting collection illuminate the space.

Spa-inspired plumbing and shower fixtures from Newport Brass — which debuted more than 30 new collections — complete the look.

Utility & Laundry: Moving beyond traditional utility spaces, BLANCO (featuring the Liven 25” Dual Mount Single Basin Silgranit Laundry Sink and powered faucets), Cabinet Joint, LG Signature, and Kichler (showcasing sleek lacquered brass sconces from its Ruehl collection and the sculptural Palmela) reframed the laundry room into an elevated utility zone.

Outdoor Living: The sunlit patio extended the whole home experience outdoors. Pieces from Brown Jordan’s various collections, including its West Coast-inspired Vero and Huntley collections, provided elegant, comfortable seating, beautifully complementing the outdoor cabinetry from the Urban Bonfire x Dekton Collection. High-performance culinary stations rounded out the terrace, featuring Kalamazoo’s Artisan Fire Pizza Oven alongside True Caliber’s Signature Rockwell grill in Olive — replete with a disappearing lid.
