The Bilotta story is one that emphasizes custom craftsmanship, superior design and the importance of family. Our founder Jim Bilotta Sr. began a residential construction company in 1955, and it has remained a family-run business as siblings Jim, Maria and Regina Bilotta opened the Bilotta Kitchens’ flagship showroom in Mamaroneck, NY, 30 years later. Today, there are two additional Bilotta Kitchens locations: New York City and Mount Kisco.
