From the aspire design and home summer issue, six goods we love that aren’t afraid to think pink (or periwinkle, mint, or sunflower yellow for that matter).

FLORENCE WALLPAPER AND MARSHA FABRIC
In collaboration with Harlequin, artist Diane Hill has harnessed her love of ancient Chinese design to create a vibrant collection of hand-painted Chinoiserie wallpapers and fabrics. Marie, Marsha and Nellie are just some of the patterns named in celebration of pioneering women who stood for individuality and self-expression.

SHADES
SowdenLight presents the SHADES, a collection of silicone suspension, table and floor lamps designed by George Sowden. “The silicone sets the lamps apart even before you turn them on,” SowdenLight says. “The colors and proportions are reshaped during use, spreading soft, comfortable light.” Photo by Alice Fiorilli.

TULIP APRON (shown in Sherbet)
Designed by Hudson Valley artist Rene Crigler. The vibrant contemporary floral art pops on a white poly twill fabric that drapes ever so nicely, making this apron so delicious you may wear it just for fun!

CONCRETE SINKS
mudd concrete inc. offers colorful, hand-cast concrete sinks, designed and made in Canada. This team of concrete artisans believe in creating designs that honor concrete’s natural material properties and its ability to take shape in different forms.

ANOA CHAIR
Designed by Gae Avitabile for Tana Design Studio and implementing a sustainable narrative, this chair is made from mozzarella containers and transformed into a new object designed to last.
