The Junior League of Greensboro is hosting its fourth Designer Showhouse this spring from April 14th until April 23rd, 2023. The historic home chosen for this event, located in prestigious Irving Park near the Greensboro Country Club, was designed in 1941 by New York architect Charles C. Hartmann. In addition to his residential works, Hartmann planned numerous commercial and institutional structures, many of which still grace Greensboro with a mix of past classical, Gothic Revival, and Art Deco motifs. Of the twenty homes Hartmann designed in Irving Park, 902 Sunset is one of the few remaining. The Junior League committee is working with recognized designers who will decorate the individual rooms in the house.
