Singulart, the leading online platform for contemporary art, is thrilled to announce its comprehensive rebranding initiative. This refreshed identity encapsulates Singulart’s dedication to showcasing the work of over 4,500 artists from around the globe, while highlighting its ongoing commitment to connecting artists with a discerning, worldwide audience.
In collaboration with Stockholm-based design agency Identity Works, Singulart has reimagined its brand strategy and visual identity. At the centerpiece of this rebranding are graphic formats and a striking new logotype. Entitled ‘The Connecting Eye’, created by merging two circular shapes to form a singular eye shape, the design symbolises the connection between the inner and outer worlds and how our individual perspectives shape our experience of art.
“At Singulart, we see our customers as the curators of their own worlds. Their unique vision and taste guide how they experience and connect with art,” said Neil Bridgeman, Chief Marketing & Product Officer, who joined Singulart in February 2024 after successful tenures at NET-A-PORTER, Mr Porter, and Outerknown. “Our new brand identity perfectly embodies this philosophy, reinforcing our position as a spirited, inclusive, and innovative platform for discovering and acquiring the finest contemporary art.”
Vera Kempf, Singulart Co-Founder, added, “Our visual identity is a vibrant expression of our passion for art and our unshakable commitment to empowering artists worldwide. The ‘eye’ in our new visual identity symbolizes the profound way art touches the soul, capturing the magic of how it’s perceived and cherished by our global community. It’s not just a logo; it’s a celebration of artistic beauty and the deep human connections it inspires”
Since its inception, Singulart has become a premier destination for art enthusiasts, facilitating over $120 million in sales of original paintings, sculptures, photographs, and, more recently, lithographs, engravings, and museum-quality prints from iconic figures such as Picasso, Roy Lichtenstein, and Jean-Michel Basquiat.
This rebranding represents a pivotal moment in Singulart’s journey, with ambitious plans to invest in its artist community. Upcoming initiatives include market-leading analytics and services such as portfolio reviews to support artists’ professional growth, artist residencies with prestigious European art and design institutions, and new self-service CRM and promotional tools designed to help artists more effectively market themselves. Singulart is also making a significant investment in its annual Singulart Artists Awards, further solidifying its commitment to nurturing artistic talent.
