aspire design and home proudly presents The Art of the Home, a transformational designer showhouse set within a breathtaking 13,000-square-foot estate in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey. This curated exhibition of world-class design, architecture, and fine art will run from September 19 through October 19, with an Opening Night Event to benefit the Tunnel to Towers Foundation on September 17.
For over a decade, aspire design and home has redefined the showhouse experience—merging storytelling, community, and creativity. The Art of the Home continues that tradition by exploring how exceptional design and meaningful art shape the way we live, entertain, and heal.
This year’s edition features 20+ acclaimed designers from across the country, each crafting a distinct space in collaboration with over 150 brand partners and select international gallerists. Rooms will be brought to life through bold design statements and through carefully curated gallery artworks, creating a museum-quality experience layered within a lived-in environment.
“The Art of the Home isn’t simply about design—it’s about expression,” says Amy Sneider, Editor-in-Chief of aspire design and home. “It’s about how color, texture, form, and feeling converge to create something personal and powerful. Every room is a chapter. Every work of art, a sentence.
Opening Night Event | September 17
The festivities begin with an Opening Night Gala hosted on the showhouse grounds. The evening will feature Tony Yazbeck, Tony-nominated Broadway star (On the Town, Flying Over Sunset), performing live on a Steinway grand piano crafted exclusively for the showhouse. Yazbeck will be accompanied by his longtime musical director for an unforgettable performance under the stars. Guests will enjoy private home tours, signature cocktails, elevated cuisine, and a first look at the complete transformation of the home—all in support of Tunnel to Towers. Purchase tickets here.

Proceeds from ticket sales benefit the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which honors the legacy of fallen first responders and military heroes by supporting their families through mortgage-free homes and specially adapted housing for catastrophically injured veterans.
Previous Aspire Showhouses have earned coverage in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, House Beautiful, AD PRO, NBC News and more. The Art of the Home is poised to elevate that legacy, offering an unparalleled sensory journey that speaks not only to beauty—but to meaning, memory, and mission.
