Sandbourne Santa Monica

SANTA MONICA, CA
Design: Gulla Jónsdóttir | Gulla Jónsdóttir Architecture & Design

Located just steps from the beach and Santa Monica Pier, the new 175-room Sandbourne Santa Monica, designed by acclaimed Icelandic architect Gulla Jónsdóttir, offers an array of thoughtfully curated experiences, from a state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor fitness center and an upscale pool with daybeds to complimentary pottery classes and an on-site dog park. With an emphasis on engaging all five senses, the hotel is a harmonious blend of natural textures, sculptural elements, indoor and outdoor vibes, and Earth tones throughout.

Culinary delights await at Marelle, the hotel’s signature restaurant helmed by celebrated chef Raphael Lunetta, where coastal cuisine meets California-cool art-inspired design. Guests can also indulge in breathtaking ocean views from the rooms and suites, unwind with in-room dining, or sip cocktails at the Sunset Pool Lounge.

With sustainability woven into every detail, Sandbourne Santa Monica invites guests to immerse themselves in a unique blend of relaxation, wellness and eco-conscious living.
