Marking a milestone in its mission to bring the excellence of Italian craftsmanship to the world, Artesmest has teamed up with acclaimed designer Róisín Lafferty to unveil its first fully furnished penthouse in London. Perched across the 17th and 18th floors of Embassy Gardens, this newly designed penthouse commands sweeping, unobstructed views of Big Ben and the London skyline.
The residence at Embassy Gardens is a testament to elevated living where contemporary elegance meets timeless artistry. Each space has been appointed exclusively with furniture, lighting, and décor by Italian artisans, embodying Artemest’s mission to celebrate heritage while shaping the future of design.
Drawing inspiration from the shifting colors of the sky and the city’s ever-changing light, the palette flows effortlessly from room to room. Walls and ceilings in warm, earthy tones create cohesion and calm, while sculptural furnishings and statement lighting bring drama and scale. Rich timbers, soft bouclés, and artisanal finishes from Artemest reflect both authenticity and contemporary refinement, softened with rose-tinted hues and organic silhouettes. Natural light is harnessed throughout, animating surfaces and deepening the connection to the skyline beyond.
The dining space is anchored by a monumental travertine marble table surrounded by sculptural upholstered chairs, under a chandelier that refracts light across the room. In the living areas, rounded seating in neutral tones creates a cocooning atmosphere, layered with rugs, soft textures, and accents of Murano glass, ceramics, and lacquered iron. Carefully curated artworks and accessories add character, ensuring the interiors feel collected rather than staged.
Bedrooms extend the penthouse’s language of understated luxury. Muted tones, tactile fabrics, and bespoke Italian craftsmanship create serene retreats, while floor-to-ceiling windows frame cinematic views of London. Artisanal lighting and finely detailed finishes further heighten the sense of tranquillity and sophistication.
Outdoors, a private terrace surrounded by lush greenery offers panoramic views of the Thames and city skyline. Extending the design philosophy of the interiors, it is imagined as a peaceful al fresco retreat above the city.
The collaboration between Róisín Lafferty and Artemest has produced a residence that is more than a home: it is a sanctuary of modern luxury, and a celebration of creativity, culture, and craft.
