The Bogart Lofts in Bushwick, Brooklyn, presents chic rentals in a former beer factory. The industrial aesthetic of this newly renovated three-story building, which is owned by Sugar Hill Capital Partners and was designed by its in-house design team New Amsterdam Design Associates, appeals to millennials and other young professionals interested in a bustling neighborhood filled with artistic, cultural and culinary offerings. Using a boutique approach, the prewar building offers hotel amenities and sleek, light-filled apartments, just steps from the Morgan Avenue subway station.
Sweatshop Studios in Brooklyn created all the branding and metal signage throughout the building, another indication that Bogart Lofts isn’t your average rental property. The emphasis on creative design also extends to the lobby.
The lively neighborhood is home to Roberta’s, a famous pizza spot, FARO which received a Michelin star, and plenty of other well-known restaurants.
