THE ALPINE MIST
-2 oz of Amara’s Mezcal Espadin
-2 oz of Reed’s Premium Ginger Beer
-1tsp of Seedless Blackberry Jam
-1 Lime, Juiced
-12 Mint Leaves, Muddled
-Sugar (for rim)
-Dry Ice
DIRECTIONS
1) Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients except the garnish and shake well.
2) Strain into a very chilled martini glass (martini glass should have a sugar rim on half of the glass) and top with a splash of ginger beer.
3) Garnish with a Mint leaf and orange peel.
4) Right before serving drop in a chip of dry ice for the mist – very important!
The California Home + Design Magazine hosted their 1st Annual Designer Mix-Off Competition held at the Palace Hotel. Designers were tasked to create a unique cocktail experience using either the color palettes or names of the newly launched Caesarstone collections. The winner was the Alpine Mist cocktail by ADLSF.
