Amber Style Favorite Finishes | Um…that’s a stone VENEER! Flexible for curves and available with a translucent backing for backlit applications.  Too impressed to come up with a clever quip on this one!


David Dalton of David Dalton Inc. on Imperfetto Lab |  There were many but one of the companies I always like to visit had some spectacular new pieces. Imperfetto Lab creates one of a kind and limited production pieces that are cast in resin and fiberglass. The bench featured in the first image is one of a limited series of 99 and is made of blackened fiberglass. On the wall above are some of the smaller accent tables that are cast in a metallic resin and resemble river stones. Their pieces are always displayed with one of a kind contemporary art that is also available for purchase. 

David Dalton on Nicky Haslam | The noted British designer, Nicky Haslam, produces a collection as well as represents several other collections of furnishings, lighting, textiles and wall covering. The vignette features a leather covered chest with brass trimmings and contrasting topstitch detail, a pair of woven rattan armchairs, blackened plaster sconces and a pair of black resin finished column lamps.
