ASPIRE DESIGN AND HOME is proud to announce its collaboration with NGC Development and Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby’s International Realty to present The Heritage At Claremont Show House. Opening in January of 2020, celebrated designers of the metro area will redesign three residences in this new construction building with a storied past, and historic roots in the community.

Visit
The Heritage is located at 80 Claremont Road in Bernardsville, a quiet and affluent community in New Jersey with easy access to championship golf courses, destination restaurants, and an easy commute to New York City.

Designers
Nationally recognized and local metro area interior designers will redesign three residences in The Heritage. Each of the over 2,000 square foot units boasts 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a den, kitchen and living space, plus an outdoor terrace.

History
The Great Hall, originally the Parish House of Saint Bernard’s Church, was designed in the Gothic style with Arts and Crafts influences by Henry Janeway Hardenbergh, best known for designing both The Dakota and The Plaza Hotel in Manhattan.

History
The Great Hall, originally the Parish House of Saint Bernard’s Church, was designed in the Gothic style with Arts and Crafts influences by Henry Janeway Hardenbergh; who is best known for designing The Dakota, The Plaza Hotel and the original Waldorf-Astoria in Manhattan.
Hardenbergh’s work was highly regarded, considered “thoughtful, thorough and scholarly.” His buildings were designed for long term use, not short term profit and his insistence on heavy conservative masonry designs increased his reputation for dependable solidity. Hardenbergh was a prominent citizen of Bernardsville and a founding member of St. Bernard’s Church.
Today, The Great Hall is home to four luxurious residences; and an expansion, known as The Collection, has been built in the same vein, to include sixteen additional units.
