Courtney McLeod is the founder and principal of Right Meets Left Interior Design, an award-winning Manhattan-based full-service design studio. An avid colorist at heart, Courtney draws from a kaleidoscopic toolbox of texture, pattern, and color to create rooms evocative of one emotion above all others – joy. It is the essence of her design philosophy. The name Right Meets Left perfectly reflects her approach to the design process – an ideal balance of a creatively vital mind (right brain) and a sharply analytical one (left brain). Jennifer Levy is the principal of CAVdesign Interiors, an award-winning, New York-based full-service interior design firm founded in 2009.
The name CAVdesign refers to the central-axis-of-vision, a term in perspective drawing describing the angle from which the viewer sees the world. Her process is to explore her clients’ most meaningful and joyful moments and bring a distillation of those moments into the design. Every room becomes a destination where objects, color and light tell a story and create an uplifting space where the rituals of life happen.
Prior to founding CAVdesign, Jennifer was a highly accomplished photographer, training her lens on notables including Maya Angelou and Ralph Lauren – deftly using light, color, and mood to capture her subjects’ unique personalities.

Kelly Dunn is a residential and commercial interior designer based in New York City, and the founder of the Fathom Design Company. Kelly’s work is unique and distinctive in it’s bold, unapologetic style. Her passion is taking an individual’s or organization’s personality and goals and turning it into an impactful and functional style they love.
Sandy Cabelis, award-winning designer and owner of Cabelis Interior Design has a design philosophy– bring a fresh look to classic design forms in a way that is personal and exciting to each client. “The way an interior space is designed impacts the way we act and feel. Sandy is active with the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and is currently the President of the NJ Chapter. She graduated with top honors from the interior design program at Berkeley College. In addition, she has an MBA and experience in business management. This unique set of education and experience allows her to be an advocate for her clients throughout the design process. Her work has been featured in numerous interior design
publications and she often speaks to other professionals and prospective students on her interior design career. Based in Morris County she has spent almost 20 years in the industry delighting her clients both domestically and internationally.
Kathryn was educated in the Interior Design BFA program at the Lamar Dodd School of Art at The University of Georgia, with a minor in Art History and Textile Science. From working as a draftsperson/model builder for Bill Adams Architect in Los Angeles and subsequently in the contract furniture industry in NYC – Ms. Platt honed her design and project management expertise. She moved on to lead corporate design teams at Schering Plough, AT&T, Prudential Securities, and The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in the US and abroad, fostering rigorous standards of design excellence.
Since 1995, KP Interiors’ private studio has been devoted to developing residential and corporate projects in Metropolitan NY/NJ, The Jersey Shore, Upstate NY, Cape Cod MA, Vero Beach, Boca Raton, Sarasota, Oklahoma City, Park City UT, Nova Scotia, and her hometown of Memphis TN. Today, the KP Interiors studio is about design performance excellence, whether the scope of work is decorating, renovation, or a complete interior design concept for a residence or commercial project. There may be designers who share Ms. Platt’s experience, but few understand that thoughtful design is transformative collaboration and develops by remaining open to clients’ ideas.
