If you’re among the many who have walked into a boutique hotel suite and wanted to take everything from the wallcoverings to the table lamps home with you, a new immersive experience in Philadelphia is ready to offer that coveted chance. Hotel Anna & Bel has opened the doors to the Anna Suite by Anthropologie Home, a two-bedroom urban retreat that is fully shoppable, right down to the burled wood cotton canister.
The project marks Anthropologie Home’s first collaborative hotel suite, a space that was designed together with local developer Foyer Project and features pieces from the brand’s Spring 2025 collection. The co-creative venture reflects the eclectic characteristics and feminine spirit the new project’s partners share, as well as a passion for décor that is at once vibrant and refined.
Highlights of the Anna Suite include:
- More than 950 square feet, including two bedrooms and two bathrooms
- 360-degree windows with views of Center City
- Original industrial skylights
- A gallery wall including prints from the Anthropologie art collection that reference the feminine forms found throughout the hotel
- Signature furnishings from the Anthropologie Home assortment
A custom postcard with a QR code is available in the room and serves as the gateway to the shopping part of the excursion, allowing guests to recreate the artful aesthetic when they return home.
Hotel Anna & Bel is located in Fishtown, a creative-centric enclave packed with galleries, artist studios, restaurants and music venues, in Anthropologie’s hometown of Philadelphia. The project preserved the bones of what was once the Penn Asylum for Indigent Widows and Single Women. For the hotel overall, Foyer Project worked with interior design and architecture firm B March to create a boutique experience that speaks to the property’s hyperlocal and feminine history, a guiding factor that also drew them to their Philly neighbors at Anthropologie Home.
Reservations for the Anna Suite by Anthropologie Home can be booked online.
