Sabrina offers these easy reminders for pre-holiday cleaning:
1. Clean windows and screens. When guests walk to the window to look outside they should be able to see outside.
2. Declutter. Get rid of anything no longer used, needed, useful and/or beautiful. Old magazines, outdated toys, etc are big culprits.
3. Deep clean bathrooms including interior medicine cabinets. Guess that they will be looking.
4. Dust all visible areas including: baseboards & moldings, window sills, shelving.
5. Clean out coat closet to make room for guests’ items.
6. Deep clean the kitchen including interior refrigerator.
7. Have chandeliers and sconces cleaned so they sparkle.
8. Using silver? Have it polished.
