On October 8th, The Naftali Group, one of New York’s most active real estate developers with 14 properties, hosted an exclusive cocktail party celebrating the opening of the sales gallery for The Shephard, their latest condominium development in the West Village.
The event was held in the sales gallery at 132 Perry Street- a space that allows visitors to experience what the lobby, kitchen, master bath and amenity spaces will look and feel like. Renderings of the property and its views hang on the walls. Brokers, partners and potential buyers were in attendance.
