René is much more than an ottoman. Sophisticated and discreet, it also becomes an informal seating accessory. Believing that architecture is the foundation of all design and furniture is much like a dialogue, Marta Sala Éditions is a collaboration between the namesake founder and the architects Claudio Lazzarini and Carl Pickering. The collection, which includes seating, tables, lighting and several home objects, is created by Italy’s finest craftsman. In the spirit of iconic Italian design, the range marries modernist lines with sumptuous details and unexpected materials. Through this exploration aims to imbue soul into the everyday, a concept Sala calls: “The secret soul of useful things.”
