
WC fills a unique niche for private dining in Charleston, welcoming guests to experience an innovative but comforting local cuisine in a charming, welcoming atmosphere. The menu includes hyper-seasonal ingredients that feature bold, uncomplicated flavors and displayed in an artful presentation. The restaurant offers diners the option of watching the behind-the-scenes from an interactive Chef’s Counter, private dining at the exclusive Chef’s Table overlooking an outdoor courtyard, or an intimate tasting-menu experience in the newly-designed Wild Common dining room.
The tasting menu is crafted by Orlando Pagan, formerly of McCrady’s Tavern, in conjunction with Easton Porter’s culinary director, Vinson Petrillo. Playful yet sophisticated, the menu will rotate seasonally and have two options for each of the four courses providing guests with the engaging opportunity to choose their own dining adventure. Guests can also indulge in expert wine pairings to each course for an additional charge. In one sentence “Wild Common” is a wildly different restaurant experience designed for common people – a must-experience destination upon your next visit to Charleston.
