“The Nationals set the benchmark for innovation in new home design, marketing and sales,” explained Kerry Mulcrone and Meredith Oliver, Nationals chairpersons. “NAHB’s commitment to recognizing originality, imagination and success has been exemplified by its award winners since the competition’s inception.”
With a great team behind the scenes, and a client who understands the process, PJR Design designed the space to enhance the sales experience. The experience begins with registration via iPad, which starts each customer’s profile; a dynamic project video with VR animation coupled with helicopter footage; and a scale model with customized LED lighting allowing the agents to highlight by unit type, price point or availability. Two interactive kiosks with wall mounted 4K monitors allow the agents to show the many floor
plans, views from each window, VR renderings and grand amenity levels. A curved 9’ x 28’ view wall allows the customer to visualize themselves in the condo with 360˚ views of their selected unit at day and night. Actual unit vignettes; a material selection area in the conference room; and private offices with touchscreen monitors complete the tour creating a seamless sales process between the customer and the sales agent.
