The Pasadena Showcase House of Design has opened for the 60th year, continuing a long tradition as one of the nation’s oldest, largest, and most successful home & garden tours. The 60th Showcase House has reimagined Bauer Estate & Gardens, a 1928 Monterey colonial estate with 15,000 square feet of living space on five acres of botanical gardens. Public tours of the Showcase House take place through May 18, 2025.
Bauer Estate & Gardens was officially unveiled during the annual Premiere Night Gala on Friday evening, with 373 members, designers, and supporters in attendance. Over $215,000 was raised to support the organization’s music programs, as well as grants for local nonprofit organizations, including those impacted by the Los Angeles wildfires. Proclamations celebrating the 60th Showcase House were received from Pasadena Mayor Victor Gordo and Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger.
This year’s participating designers include A1000xBetter, Ashley Marie Design, Beatriz Rose Design, Billman Designs, Black House Beige, Coastal Homestead, CSDomains Inc, Denise Bosley Interiors, Gardzen Studio, Gex Designs, Halter Home, Henry Johnstone & Co., Jennifer Bevan Interiors, Julia Chasman Design, Meredith Green Designs LLC, Peltier Interiors, PforziesChi Designs, Plaster & Patina, Rachel Duarte Design Studio, Rebecca J Hansen Design Studio, Samantha Williams Interior Design, Shari Tipich Decorative Design & Artistry, Sukeena Design Studio, The Art of Room Design, and TimothyJohnLA.

We are in awe of our designers who remain committed to this project. ”
The Showcase House is open to the public through May 18, Tuesdays through Sundays. For tickets and information, visit pasadenashowcase.org/tickets
