Top 4 Wallpaper Patterns:
When a room requires an instant transformation, wallpaper has you covered. Few other design elements have the power to transport you to another place, however fleetingly, while simultaneously setting a desired mood and tone. No matter what print you are drawn to, it all looks good on paper.
Coven | “All of the illustrations are hand- drawn and painted by Costanza Theodoli-Braschi. There’s something powerful and feminine simultaneously going on here. Perfect for a powder room or foyer.”
Flora | “Flora reminds me of the landscape at the High Line park. It’s a unique, contemporary spin on floral wallpaper. I selected Flora for a traditional NYC dining room and love the way it added excitement and so beautifully tells a story.”
Ink Blots | “Wallcovering by artist Kelly Porter and interior designer Bridgett Cochran. Handprinted and handpainted on Japanese rice paper. I was immediately drawn to Ink Blots for its bold, global aesthetic and organic design. I installed Ink Blots in our bedroom. This paper completely transformed our space! No two ink blots are alike. Designers can collaborate with Porter Teleo to custom design the wallpaper in any color palette one can dream up.”
Willow | “This paper has a meditative quality to it, like a combination of water and trees. The gentle infusion of metallic is truly spectacular. When the sun hits the gold Mylar, it’s magic. I installed this as an accent wall mural for a special client.”
Top 3 Items on her Bucket List:
1. Spending our 10th wedding anniversary (coming up in 2020) in Jaipur, India. I celebrated my 13th birthday in India and it’s been a huge part of my life ever since.
2. Buying a plot of land and designing a dog rescue sanctuary. I am a tremendous lover of dogs (especially our beloved Australian Shepherd, Ava!). I donate to several dog rescues, and feel the pain of every dog out there looking for a home. I think it would be an amazing and gratifying experience.
3. Designing a boutique hotel.
