
ASPIRE would like to welcome our newest contributor, Jeanette Bronée! Her “Nourishment” column will provide satisfying and healthy recipes and approaches to eating, developed from her experience as a nourishment expert.
Jeanette’s newest project is her recently-released book, “Eat to Feel Full and Nourish Yourself for Good”, with the goal of helping readers redefine their relationship with food. Readers will find strategies for gaining mastery of their appetites, in order to feel nourished and well while and after eating. It includes lucid explanations of the differences between hunger and appetite, as well as ways to feel full and satisfied after a meal.
