As a self-nourishment counselor, Jeanette has spent ten years helping clients redefine their relationship with food and address harmful habits, including emotional eating. Her Path for Life program is available online, and one can schedule personal sessions with Jeanette in order to change their lifestyle for the better.
Jeanette’s newest project is her recently-released book, “Eat to Feel Full and Nourish Yourself for Good”, with the goal of helping readers redefine their relationship with food. Readers will find strategies for gaining mastery of their appetites, in order to feel nourished and well while and after eating. It includes lucid explanations of the differences between hunger and appetite, as well as ways to feel full and satisfied after a meal.
