Moxy St. Pete is a vibrant lifestyle hotel located in St. Petersburg’s EDGE District, offering a blend of playful design and modern amenities. Opened in August 2024, the hotel features 163 guest rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, rain showers, and tech-forward touches.
The lobby serves as a social hub with Bar Moxy and Rose’s Coffee Bar, while the rooftop boasts the city’s first pool deck, Sip ‘n Dip, and the upcoming Sparrow rooftop lounge. Additional amenities include a podcast studio, 24/7 fitness center, and flexible meeting spaces.
Designed by Storyn Studio, the hotel reflects St. Pete’s historic charm with midcentury modern decor and local artwork. Part of the EDGE Collective development, Moxy St. Pete aims to be a dynamic destination for both locals and visitors.
Story N Studio is a multidisciplinary design firm based in St. Petersburg, Florida, founded by architects Everald Colas and José Miranda. The studio specializes in master planning, architecture, interior design, and industrial product design, with a strong emphasis on community engagement and social impact. Their approach combines deep cultural research with innovative, context-driven solutions to create spaces that are both functional and identity-affirming.
