The Vineta Hotel
PALM BEACH, FL
Architecture: Spina Orourke & Partners
Design: Zervudachi Interior Design
The Vineta Hotel, slated to open later this year, marks Oetker Collection’s debut in the United States. Located just two blocks from Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, this Mediterranean Revival landmark is undergoing a comprehensive renovation led by renowned Paris-based designer Tino Zervudachi. The renovation reduces the room count from 57 to 41 to enhance spaciousness, offering light-filled interiors that reflect Palm Beach’s island lifestyle.

The hotel will feature a range of dining and social spaces, including the signature restaurant Coco’s, offering Mediterranean-inspired cuisine in a lush courtyard setting. An intimate bar and a new poolside restaurant will provide additional venues for guests to enjoy.

The Vineta Hotel aims to blend European elegance with local charm, creating a refined yet relaxed atmosphere for visitors seeking a luxurious Palm Beach experience.
