House39 Debuts Sky Level

The residences at House39 offer studio, one, two and three bedroom residences. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows exposing 360 degree views of Manhattan, generous layouts for comfortable living, chef-style kitchens, modern bathrooms and a washer/dryer.

The Handel Architects-designed luxury condominium was flawlessly constructed with the dynamic New Yorker in mind. This 297-unit LEED certified glass tower offers a multitude of lavish amenities by David Rockwell, that were crafted to cater to the high-energy lifestyle of its residents. While the Club Level amenity spaces debuted earlier this year, The Sky Level boasts a rooftop terrace with spectacular 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline, as well as an outdoor oasis complete with fire pit, covered cabana seating, and gas grills. The rooftop area also features indoor and outdoor hot tubs, lush outdoor greenery, and party room with a custom-designed private kitchen, lounge, and balcony with an incredible view of the Empire State Building.

The latest model units, also designed by Rockwell, showcase the building’s interiors, and state-of-the-art appliances and spacious layouts.
