2PRODUCT DESIGN | Jessica Ahnert Davis, Nest Studio LLC: A lifestyle firm specializing in boutique hardware and interior design, Jessica launched Nest Studio in 2012 with the introduction of the Facet Collection, designed after a frustrating search for beautiful hardware. Jessica is also the voice behind the Nest Studio blog, covering fashion, food, interiors, and stylish living with young children. A self-described ‘design geek,’ Jess transitioned a childhood obsession with home design magazines into an Art History degree at Princeton University and a Masters Degree in Interior Design from The New England School of Art and Design. She has worked as a producer on Bob Vila’s “Home Again,” and spent eight years as a member of the Wilson Associates team, where she focused on high-end international hospitality projects. Jess draws from a wide range of design inspiration influenced by her childhood years living in Australia, Hong Kong and Dallas and her adult years spent in New York, Boston, Brooklyn, LA and New Jersey. If something creates drama, adds texture, provides quiet sophistication and occasionally sparkles, it is bound to inspire.

3INTERIOR DESIGN | Lindsay Weiss & Noah Turkus, Weiss Turkus Projects: Lindsay Weiss directs the architectural design practice at Weiss Turkus Projects, her experience at several of New York City’s leading residential design firms has resulted in close relationships with New York’s leading builders and fabricators as well as expertise in the complex processes required to deliver highly integrated designs. Lindsay first met Noah at the University of Pennsylvania. Noah Turkis is the driving force behind the interior design practice of Weiss Turkus Projects. He furthered his design expertise at the Parsons School of Design and by working in some of New York’s finest shops and design firms. While in school he saw the retail side of the industry at AERO Studios and Jonathan Adler, and most notably as a lead designer at Haynes Roberts. With a passion for design fueled by an enthusiasm for the arts and music, Noah conceives an overall plan — he specs it –orders it — installs it and adds the layers of detail and beauty that bring each home to life. His interiors leave no bookshelf unadorned, no wall unhung, no vignette unstyled. Together, Lindsay and Noah create exciting architectural and design projects, bringing their own unique experiences to the collaboration.

4INTERIOR DESIGN | Jenny Dina Kirschner, JDK Interiors: Jenny comes from a line of known fashion designers and artists; one could say the arts runs in her blood. After growing up in St. Louis, Jenny spent more than a decade obtaining her BFA, MA, and Associate Degrees in multiple areas of art, design and art education, all of which culminated with her moving to London to experience a different life and to study interior design. Jenny then went on to work for design firms in London and New York before founding her firm, JDK Interiors. Since then, Jenny has worked on dozens of residential projects, from apartments in Manhattan and Miami Beach to unique spaces and townhouses in Brooklyn. She has developed a reputation as a fearless, innovative designer, mixing various aesthetics and styles together and layering rich textiles, materials and furnishings to create unobvious, bespoke interiors that do not sacrifice her clients’ visions or comfort. Jenny was featured in Holiday House NYC in 2015 and collaborated with fashionista, Iris Apfel, to design a vignette for Housing Work’s Design on a Dime earlier this year. Jenny is still involved in education and is the PTA Leader of her children’s school. She currently resides in her newly renovated Brooklyn loft with her husband, Aari, and two daughters, Minnie and Lulu.
