The Art of Living Show Home, located in Wilmette, Illinois, presented by Inspired Luxury Homes and Inspired Interiors, will launch in Spring 2023. It is the first-ever female-developed luxury show home and will showcase the work of numerous interior designers while exhibiting a collection of leading industry-known brands, including Cambria, Caracole, Moen, and Virginia Tile among many others. The Show Home’s national media sponsor is aspire design and home magazine. Proceeds from The Art of Living Show Home will benefit The House That She Built through the Home Builders Institute.
The modern interactive home spotlights the latest in advanced smart technology, elevating daily life experiences. Guests will interact with features such as voice-activated plumbing fixtures, placing an espresso order from bed, a dishwasher that orders detergent pods automatically from Amazon, and controlling the fireplace from smart devices. Additional unique features include a primary shower that doubles as a greenhouse and aviary, a pantry that grows your salad supply, a home office that doubles as a bourbon and cigar lounge, a motivational workout room, an elite water filtration and carbonation system, a hidden children’s ball pit and much more.

With The Art of Living Show Home, I have combined my 20-plus years of expertise in interior design with my long- time passion and interest in construction. Constructing this home from the ground up proves that women can build top-of-the-line luxury homes. I hope this project can inspire others and acts as a stepping stone for all, especially women.”

Loeber Motors will present a Porsche Taycan, the brand’s first all-electric vehicle, demonstrating the simplicity of charging your electric vehicle from your garage. QR codes throughout the home will allow visitors to educate themselves on the residence’s numerous innovative amenities and make purchases, such as bespoke furnishings, art, custom bedding, designer consultations, and more, via an online auction. The convenient QR codes also link directly to the designer, vendor, and sponsor websites, and to product educational videos.
