Luxury Hell’s Kitchen Residence Oskar

The Moinian Group announced today the official launch of leasing at Oskar, the leading national developer’s 14-story, 118-residence rental property in the heart of Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen. Located at 572 11th Avenue, Oskar features architecture and design by award-winning firm, CetraRuddy. Bold New York is the exclusive marketing and leasing agency for the project.

The 183,000 square-foot building, which The Moinian Group initially announced earlier this year, is leasing studio, one- and two-bedroom residences that feature specialized doors with keyless entry and custom taupe oak wood floors. Full length, undulating windows provide residents with unique views of the city and Hudson River. Oskar’s kitchens are complete with Caesarstone counters and seamless glass backsplashes, alongside paneled Bosch appliances and custom millwork shelving. The floor-to-ceiling tiled bathrooms boast soaking tubs and a Grohe combination shower wall system. Bedrooms feature comprehensive closets, complete with custom interiors and illuminated rod systems fit with motion-sensors. Each home also includes a Bosch washer/dryer, and central HVAC systems controlled by Nest to buffer sound from Hell’s Kitchen’s lively cityscape. Residents can move harmoniously throughout Oskar using the building-wide Wi-Fi, which creates private networks for individual tenants that can be used throughout the space without having to update settings.

The top floor of the building will also have an exclusive penthouse collection, with select residences offering private outdoor space.

The exterior of the building, which sits on a terracotta base, was inspired by urban architecture. Oskar’s lightly-colored exterior features pierced, glassed openings that create an illusion of the building floating off of the sidewalk, while simultaneously providing privacy from the lively area’s busy streets.

Residents will enjoy perks to Life Time Athletic, the fitness center at Sky, The Moinian Group’s nearby residential tower. The doorman building will also have a 24-hour concierge service.

Monthly pricing begins at $3,050.

The luxury 1,175 residence reached 100% occupancy only 18-months after launching leasing in 2016, and has been instrumental in the elevation of luxury residential living on the Far West Side.
