Houston interior designer Nina Magon is living her best life right now. We had the pleasure of having her takeover our Instagram page while she was in Milan for Salone, where she shared with our followers all of the fun finds and inspiration she discovered on her visit. Her chic taste and sophisticated style was apparent as she snapped images of brands like Boffi and MDF Italia. “My love for Italian interior design and furniture is apparent in all of my projects. I love the mix and contrast of styles over periods of time; the eclecticism that Italian aesthetic embodies is a true example of why they are leaders in the design world.”
Nina is an unstoppable talent, serving as the primary conduit for bringing Houston’s top designers to New York for Design on a Dime’s 2018 charity event. This year, the team at Housing Works will focus on Houston, as it is the city with the largest number of HIV and AIDS cases in Texas. Nina is honored to be a part of an organization that is striving to stop new infections in Texas and end the AIDS epidemic in the U.S. This benefit started with only six interior designers, but now includes over 100 top designers in the industry. With 5,000+ guests attending annually, Design on a Dime has raised over $11 million to the cause. Go and see Nina’s vignette along with work from other Houston designers, and show your support at a very special evening filled with gorgeous design for a great cause.
Watch out for this designer on the rise as more news develops throughout the year.
