Materials: Hot tub surrounds are stainless steel. The screen behind is stainless steel perforated
with a pattern by artist Victor Perez Maldonado. The adjacent walls are clad in sapele marine
plywood, which is primarily used in the nautical industry. Corten steel is used in the lower-floor
terrace around some of the planters.
