This season, Roche Bobois writes a new chapter in a story that continues to unveil a contemporary vision of French art de vivre, year after year, by presenting a considered, balanced selection of designs alongside reinterpretations of signature ranges with a strong personality.

Building on his highly creative collaboration with the brand and a seventies inspiration, Sacha Lakic has designed Love – a sofa shaped like a large comma – in a contemporary nod to the era of peace and love.

At the same time, adjustable sofas are enjoying a stronger presence, such as Lagune by Philippe Bouix, with its adjustable back, and Intemporel by Maurizio Manzoni (pictured above), with its adjustable seat and back. Riding the wave of coarse-weave fabrics, the chic and cozy bouclé remains a firm favorite.

Designed by Franco-Chinese artist Jiang Qiong Er, the Bamboo Mood collection is a modern interpretation of the traditional Chinese lounge. Graceful lines and the soothing harmony of celadon and coral – iconic colors in the Asian decorative arts – together prompt a state of meditative bliss.

This season also marks the first collaboration with designer Patrick Norguet. The brand chose this internationally renowned French designer for his talent to foster a dialog between materials and his ability to channel his team’s artisanal savoir-faire. With the Elanta collection, Patrick Norguet has dreamed up a timeless set that elevates clean lines with subtle yet contemporary woodwork details.

Continuing its pursuit of artisanal excellence in manufacturing techniques, Roche Bobois has revisited two of its iconic dining tables.
The Aqua table by Fabrice Berrux, whose solid marble base mimics a drop of water, is now paired with a wooden top adding a gentle, organic touch.
Pulp, by Eugeni Quitllet (pictured above), was originally crafted with a wood or lacquer finish. A new version fully carved in beautiful matte Carrara marble creates a highly elegant, sculptural effect.
