This contemporary townhouse re-design in Santa Monica challenged Sarah Barnard to blend sophisticated minimalism with diverse art items her client painstakingly collected over a lifetime of travel. 
Space and function were paramount; in the modern kitchen, pale grey flat panel cabinetry helps a small space feel lighter and brighter. 
The bathroom was intentionally designed as a “wet room” so that the shower could be free of any barriers like steps or glass shower walls. Sarah designed this home to feel light and boundless, accommodating maximum flexibility.
