In 2004, Studio Printworks was conceived as an art-driven wallpaper company. Since then, the company has been producing high-end, hand-screened digital wallpapers, as well as wood-block prints at its atelier in India.
Bombay-born Dennis Shah, president, and Alabama native Temo (short for Artemus) Callahan, design director, teamed up to bring a discerning eye and wide scope of art, art history and pop culture knowledge to the public. Callahan credits Shah as “the finest hand-screen printer in the world.”
The company is situated in Hoboken, NJ at Chambord Place in a historic red brick building, once home to the My-T-Fine pudding factory.
