“The Modern” In Seattle Lives Up To Its Name (And Its Hype)

Situated in the prime Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, The Modern combines distinct Seattle architecture alongside a new standard of luxury living. Designed by Perkins & Will, each Modern residence begins on the 13th floor, built to mimic a sought-after penthouse with high-design touchpoints and 9-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase breathtaking views of Elliott Bay and the Seattle skyline.

To maximize those views over 50% of The Modern is glass, an achievement in Seattle, and residences are Z-shaped which allows for 6 glass corners instead of the standard 4.

The Modern’s crown jewel will be The Conservatory, an open air, two-floor amenity space intentionally situated on the two top floors to allow all residents access to the building’s most desired spaces and views. Within The Conservatory lie five unique amenity experiences, and multiple private dining/executive board rooms. At The Conservatory, residents can look forward to an exclusive set of bespoke programming led by The Modern’s Director of Lifestyle, a dedicated team of professionals, and local Seattle tastemakers.
