The Amirian Group, a boutique Manhattan development firm, has topped out THIRTEEN EAST + WEST, a new luxury development in the East Village, on November 14th.

Pricing at THIRTEEN EAST + WEST starts at approximately $2.35 million, with penthouse residences starting at $3.6 million.
