Yonder Escalante: New Accommodations Fill Out The Americana-Inspired Desert Resort

Yonder Escalante, a 20-acre modern hospitality experience located amidst Southern Utah’s Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, recently announced the launch of a series of deluxe cabins. Designed as a secluded luxury sanctuary nearby the main resort, the cabins represent the first accommodations with a private ensuite bathroom including their own spa-like outdoor shower and a spacious lot with personal fire pits.

The launch of the deluxe cabins marks a milestone for the Americana-inspired hybrid resort, which brings modern lodging, genuine hospitality, thoughtful amenities, and authentic experiences to one of the most stunning destinations of the American West. Opened in 2021, Yonder Escalante is the inaugural property of Yonder – a hospitality experience designed to provide travelers with an authentic new way to experience the country’s most beautiful national parks without sacrificing comfort and style.

The new, larger cabins are a highly requested addition to the property’s current collection of rustic yet refined accommodations, which include 22 custom-designed cabins, 10 vintage renovated airstreams, and 19 RV and campsites.

“We’re thrilled for guests to experience this elevated new lodging experience, which offers a chic artisan aesthetic and the utmost convenience, comfort, and privacy for travelers exploring beautiful Southern Utah,” said Charles Tate, Founder and CEO of Yonder. “Since Yonder Escalante’s inception, we’ve seen an influx of people eager to get out of cities and connect with nature and each other in meaningful ways. Our new cabins are a direct response to positive feedback from our loyal guests, and we’re excited for new and returning travelers to experience this new chapter of Yonder Escalante with us this season and beyond.”

The new units, designed by Ken Klapper of KOLL-ARCH and built by TimberHut, mimic the overarching architectural and design vision of Yonder Escalante, which is that of a minimalistic, low-slung desert dwelling rooted in the nostalgia of the American landscape.
