Andrew Joseph: What are you most proud of?
Ginger Curtis: I’m most proud of running and developing a company from scratch. As well as raising kids who are one-of-a-kind, have a strong work ethic, are respectful, honorable, and are able to enrich their own lives as well as others because they were raised to not be self-centered.

AJ: What are some of the Podcasts you listen to and why?
GC: I love listening to the podcast called “I Am Adamant” hosted by Lisa Bevere. I love this podcast because Lisa shares a refreshing message in a world full of opinionated people and confusion.

AJ: What are 3 things you can’t live without?
GC: I definitely can’t live without my wonderful husband, popcorn, and beautifully designed water bottles.

AJ: A book that everyone should read?
GC: The book “Wooden” by John Wooden is a very inspiring story of very unusual success. It tells a story about a very average man who was willing to show up every single day with the best he had that day. It was about doing the little things really well every day. The compounding effect of that attitude and work ethic had amazing results. You don’t need to be the most talented, smartest, etc you just need to show up. This message is very inspiring and one that I use in my everyday life and business.

AJ: Has your mindset changed into 2022? In what ways?
GC: I did the 75 Hard program twice, once in 2021, and again at the start of 2022. If you haven’t heard of it, it’s a rigorous program that involves 75 days of getting uncomfortable, developing healthy habits and mental toughness, commitment and sacrifice. The requirements vary from a gallon of water a day, to two workouts daily, and reading a few pages of a non-fiction book every day. This has been the start of a major shift for me. I’m coming into 2022 with much more of a growth mindset. I am identifying areas of my life where I’ve had a fixed mindsets and making shifts to expand my thinking. I have realized that there is tremendous value in putting yourself into situations that allow and force you to grow; what am I missing out on by not being uncomfortable?
