D&D Fall Market: New Home Design Collaborations

aspire design and home magazine contributing editor Paul Hagan will lead an insightful discussion focusing on two Manhattan apartment conversions, each designed and built by collaborating teams from different firms.

Noted architect Alexander Gorlin chose interior designer Bachman Brown to work with him on the renovation of his own Greenwich Village Studio apartment.

Artisanal builder and contractor Michael Daddio will discuss the all-bespoke Fifth Avenue pied-à-terre on which his team worked with architect/designer Benjamin Andres.

While it is normal for members of a design firm to work together on a client project, it is less so when members of different firms combine their individual skills to such stunning effect. These talented teams show how it’s done.
