York Wallcoverings Debuts Eight New Collections At High Point Fall Market

High Point Fall Market saw a flurry of industry professionals flock to North Carolina in pursuit of the latest and greatest in design.  York Wallcoverings, the largest and oldest wallcoverings manufacturer in North America, met the demand with eight new debut collections.

Among the new releases were vibrant, on-trend florals from the Toiles, Botanica and Rifle Paper Co. collections, timeless but striking motifs from Artistic Abstracts and Lemieux Et Cie Signature Wallcoverings, and overhauled designer staples from the Ronald Redding Naturals Resource Library, which introduced York’s 100 Hues sisal program – a refined trade resource offering York’s luxury sisals in 100 different designer colors..

The new Ronald Redding Naturals Resource is the ultimate designer resource for grasscloth, wood veneer, mica, and cork wallcoverings. This collection provides designers with an all-encompassing book, including more than 180 products from York’s portfolio of naturals. More than half of the collection is new products, including refreshed and expanded best-selling classics and unique pieces bespoke to York Wallcoverings. Diversified to encompass all aesthetics, standouts range from wicker work in a matte cottage-core woven material, to a new modern geometric inlay line featuring an authentic wood veneer punctuated by linear metallic gridwork.

A stand-out part of the collection is the new 100 Hue Sisal Program, one of the most extensive and diverse sisal portfolios for the interiors market. Designed to be the ultimate sourcing tool, the sisal program offers 100 different sisals in natural tints, bold colors, and with metallic foil backing, available in a supplemental fan deck. Colors for this program were selected by York Wallcoverings’ team of in-house experts to support every aspect of interior design based on sales statistics, market reviews and trend data. As creative uses for wallcoverings expand in the marketplace, consideration was given for ceilings, single-wall applications, open floor plans, moveable screens and more.

“This new collection is poised to be an incredible resource to the designer market,” said DeAnna Hain, Vice President of Marketing, York Wallcoverings. “York’s rich 125-year-heritage of manufacturing, profound research and development team, technological advancements and design expertise, combined with oversight of the process from start to finish, serve as a testament to the quality and value of this collection.”
